WRN Merchandise is sold by Violet Vend and you should refer to their policies in relation to any purchases from Violet Vend.
Privacy & Safety
We collect information you provide about you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number to complete a transaction, screen orders for fraud and risk, fulfil orders, and contact you with new products or offers.
We do not store any payment information, this is processed and stored by our secure payment provider:

We collect some information about how you access our website by using “cookies” or other similar technologies directly from your device to provide us with analytics about how many people visit our store, and to help us troubleshoot and improve our online store.

We may also provide notice to you in other ways at our discretion, such as through the contact information you have provided.

This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and the Women’s Rights Network (WRN) (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
WRN accepts payment via the following methods:
When will I receive my order?
Your order will arrive anywhere between 3 to 7 working days. Our products are dispatched by various WRN volunteers and so if you order multiple products in the same order they may arrive separately.
Our fulfilment team is made up of WRN volunteers but we work hard to dispatch all orders promptly.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by checking your order confirmation for any mistakes with the delivery address, that the package is not with a neighbour or at the post office (if relevant).
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbours, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your own expense.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re sorry if the product(s) you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within one week of the delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
