Single sex toilets are being removed in schools despite legal protections provided by The Equality Act - this is unlawful.
Ask your daughter what’s happening in her school and how she and her friends feel about their safety, dignity and health in school toilets. If you, and they, are not happy with any changes, here are resources to help you to ask the right questions and feel confident with the law on your side.
